Sketch:
As I mentioned before, this year marks Frontier's 20th anniversary and so it was featured in this years DigiFest celebration like Tamers was last year. This time they gave the art a cute flower theme and, like with the anniversary art, Izuim's outfit was so cute I had to draw it; I just love the beret!
As for the sketch, the roses and daisies were filled in with a simple clipart (I REALLLY need to flip back through my One Piece manga and find that tutorial Oda did for drawing easy roses...) but beyond that I didn't have to make any major fixes or changes. Sadly, the pallet-coloring kinda killed the detail on the skirt and the beret, but it'll be more visible when it comes time for proper color.
