I finally made it to Heartcatch Pretty Cure not too long ago. I'll admit, I was a little put off by how dramatically different the art style was from the others at first, but I slowly realized that something about it seemed familiar and recently confirmed my suspicions that the Character designer was the same as Ojamajo Doremi (and apparently more recently... My Hero Academia!) and so it has since grown on me. (though, I suppose it also helps that I also quickly grew to like both Cure Blossom and Marine, so look for a drawing of Marine very soon!)

(I'm also really excited by the visuals in the opening strongly suggesting that Blossom and Marine will get to team up with all of the previous Cures at one point or another!)

As for the sketch, the boots were traced in due to cropping while I managed to fill in the rest of the ponytail on my own. As for the rest of the sketch, I didn't have to make any other major fixes or changes, though I did use basic daisy and heart cliparts to clean up some of the details.
