Still Commissions Info

Rules

What I do:

• OCs, Fan art, Anthro / Furry
• Erotic, NSFW, Fetish
• Mecha / Armor
• Gore / Horror

What I don't:

• Ilegal art
• Hate art of any form
• Edition of other people art

Process:

1. Contact me and send the filled form.
   
2. I reply with the budget.
   
3. Accept of the budget from both parts.
   
4. If accepted, upfront of the payment.
5. I send 1st sketch.
   
6. I'll send more sketches and WIPs 'till the animation is finished.
   

General:

• Prices are for personal use only, ask for commercial use.
  
• I accept Euro € and USD $.
• After the payment you'll receive a sketch, please ask for any change at this step, because no big changes will be accepted after that. Only corrections or fixes to match the starting briefing will be accepted.
  
• Commission forms without clear visual reference of characters, poses or actions could have an extra fee.
  
• If there's a deadline, please add it to the commission form to make sure I'll get the job done in time. In the case of short deadlines the price will have an extra fee.
  
• Refunds on cancellations will be determined by the percentage of work done.
  
• Unjustified charge backs will end with your info in a black list.
  

Copyright:

• As an artist:
• I hold the rights to publish the animations or stills to promote myself in any place.
• I'll give credit to the character/s author/s.

• As a commissioner you may:
  
• Repost the art on other sites, with proper credit to my gallery/page, with non profit purposes.
• Use it on your profile/avatar, from any site with non profit purposes.
• In the case of a private commission, I won't be able to upload it to the internet, but the client won't be able either.
• In the case of a private commission, if the client publish it to the internet, automatically I'll be allowed to publish it too. In this case there will be no private fee refunds.
