Whelp, it took 7 years to finish this request and I am so so sorry about that. 
asked for a drawing of Lucy and Leon from F-Zero Falcon Densetsu.
1) I hate my scanner. I tried making the details of the coloring more visible but this is the best I can get it.
2) I'm not sure how accurate the details are. The reference pic I had no longer exists online and I wasn't having a lot of luck with my searches, especially for Leon.
