[DL] (Enhanced) Raindrops

Out of all of the most common background ponies we have available, the only we don't is Sunshower Raindrops.  (At least one that isn't ancient.)  So I recompiled a model, made a few updates, and now made her available for all!  There's also a non-enhanced version included for you gmod users.

Now all of the 22 Ponyville background mares are all available for download at least once.  There's still a lot of stallions that need to be made though, maybe I'll release a few in a pack.
