[DL]Ehanced Mane-iac

It's been a long time coming, but here is finally an Enhanced Mane-iac!  She might be a bit complicated to use, so I would recommend her for Source Filmmaker more than Garry's Mod.  If there are any overlooked problems please tell me.

Keep in mind though, this is v4 flexes, not overhaul/v5.  While it's not impossible, I just don't have access to those.  At least not yet.
