He is kind of nice and do love to socialize with others octoling andInklings and other Inktolings,but he doesn't like when someone insult all his siblings  that he care  he just  got mad when it happen  and show it,he just want everyone to accept each other and want to friends with everyone.Same if he is a bit arrogant himself  but he does apologies for his behavior,he seem a bit of militarism has he always does the military sign,he does love to talk a lot with others,he does want to respect everyone if they respect him.

He is the older of  six childrens just like the Clods they are all orphans  as their parents died  in a accident,he always protect his  younger brothers and sisters  because  he always  want the best forthem  and doesn't want anyone to hurt them  same if its not easy he just hope that they will not get in trouble,as he know some citizens do not really like inklongs and octo.lings they found weird.Oscar doesn't despair and hope one day they will feel welcome in neighborhood like some others,he does keep a eyes on his younger siblings sometime  and does play with them when he want ,he is  really a good brother and prove himself to everyone  as he take care of the household by himself,despite that being freaking hard.
