Dr. Eggman has managed to capture the bouncing and roguish Tangle the Lemur. And he remembered very well each time she had mocked and thumbed her nose at him after she and her friends defeated him. So he locked her, despite her squirms, in the tightest torture machine he owns. As soon as he removed her her cherished sport sandals, the two mechanical tickling hands worked their magic on Tangle's deliciously soft and ticklish soles, sinking in like in butter. Of course, Tangle laughed hysterically, submitted to the strongest foot tickle torture she ever knew, under the mischievous glare of Eggman who relished in his triumph.

Is he seriously trying to tickle torture one of the most eager ticklees among the Freedom Fighters? I guess Eggman just can't stop failing to be evil. Would love to see his face when her friends save her and she says it was fun.
