Certainly has been a time. Things happened. Yep. I hope everyone out there is doing well enough. Can't say 'doing well' anymore when I ask that - I don't know anyone who hasn't been affected one way or the other by all this. Getting back into art - heck, I'm even actually wanting to do a few commissions again, although I've no idea how people advertise themselves anymore. But hey, actually posting art again might be a good way to start, eh? Twitter might be a good way to keep myself motivated to draw - I can actually post works in progress there and it may keep me motivated to get my pen moving on a regular basis. But hey, I got copious amounts of free time now so I should be drawing and doing stuff more. Well, here's to hoping this isn't just a spurt of two pictures getting uploaded and then nothing again!

...but 2017 hasn't been a good year for me.  But heck, I'll try my best to turn things around in 2018 (in some aspects, I already have). Although the New Year's resolutions to both a) Start an online comic and b) do at least a 30 second animation both fell through.  Are there any penalties to rolling them over to next year?  I hope not.  Anyhow, I hope all you fine people out in internetland had a great Christmas (or appropriate December holiday), and will have a happy new year!

  Yeah, I've been one lazy artist haven't I?  No idea why.  Well, several ideas why but none of them concrete enough to keep me from drawing, so tis a mystery to me at the end of the day.  But hey!  A new year gives us all new chances to try to make amends and improve over last year, so here goes.  Some things I decided to do were surprisingly art-related.   First, I'm going to try and do a web comic.  No idea how to do it properly - you young'uns use tumbler and stuff now right?  The plan was to use Tumblr for a more casual 'work in progress' area and feedback forum, DeviantArt would get finished art, while a web-page would host the main ...
