Experienced 2 panic attacks back to back. Never had panic attacks before, so that's just great.

Ah, I've had two panic attacks in the last two years and they're the worst. :/ Well, at least next time won't be so bad because you know what's happening. I always try to talk to someone about it when it's happening, to keep myself 'safe' (even when it's just an internetfriend) and I get something to drink or eat after the worst is over, because that helps to calm me down too. Also, take your time to calm down, the two times I had one it took me around half an hour to completely get rid of the shaking.

Yikes. Never had a panic attack before so I can't imagine how it was. Closest thing I had was waking up after a power nap, looking at the time and thinking it was morning. I would think I was late to work and rush to get ready until I realized it was actually night time.

Hope you're feeling okay now.

how are you feeling now? Did you try to drink some water, or tea? Panic attacks are the worst, I have a panic disorder and they can throw your whole day, even week off. I hope you can find a moment to take a breath and try to relax. I know it can be hard when everything around you is go go go

Well I was at work when the first one happened and the second happened right as i got in my car to leave work. I drank a little water at first but tbh I don't even know what brought them on. Now I'm just not sure if I'm tired and groggy cause of something physically wrong or if its just a normal day again and I'm superimposing that fear onto an average day.

Has something been eating at you? like something your trying really hard not to think about but it's still on your mind?
The worst part about panic attacks sometimes is that they can happen for literally no reason. Sometime you can be having the best day and they happen anyway :(

Literally nothing was on my mind, I wasn't in a bad mood or anything. I was just washing dishes.

:( those are the worst panic attacks cause you keep yourself going trying to figure out why.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again any time soon. I'm so sorry you had to go through it. I hope you feel better today.

Eh, I only had a small one earlier today and since then nothing more has happened. I have to make an appointment with my Dr.

Have you had a chance to see your dr? you don't have to share if you don't want to

I have an appointment tomorrow to get checked out by a regular Dr. I'll see what they suggest on the matter.
