Oh my goodness that curve on her lower back is so crazy it seems unrealistic! And though I don't understand how the background was done, I really like it.
I see this as art with class. Although, I think it might be more believable in setting the mood with water in the tub with a bit of steam rising from the water. Just my observation. Light, tone, focus all draw me in.

Just stunning. The curves of the tub and her wonderful body, coupled with the bright exposure and cool tone give this shot a very dreamy effect. Nicely done!

If I have any critique, it would be that I'd like to see it cropped a little closer on the right side and I'd photoshop out the spigot, handles, and pipes. I think that way it would becomes a more abstract and cleaner piece.
I always feel, when writing critique on a piece from the work of someone I admire, that all I have to say was certainly already considered by the artist. It's like cream in your coffee - not about right or wrong, but personal preference.
