The background seems have some texture feel... but the lighting effect make it look soft and blurry... texture + blurry light = very nice and detail background effect. Overall the design are very good... and I like it.

beautiful logo, but i think there should be some kind of separation between the "L" and the "I".. it sort of looks like a U at the moment. otherwise, i think you've got a great execution of a logo here.
