News
- Due to an unplanned hiatus, this project hasn't been updated for a bit. I'll get on it as soon as possible.
- This project won an award! You probably noticed that big gold thing up there! Probably an incentive to update it
- There are still a number of stamps that have been permission'd but have not been made. If you can, please finish your stamp ASAP as they have been there a while.

Official Rules:
Since some people seem to be confused by some of the rules laid out in the news article, and because there have been some changes, this journal will hold the definitive list of rules for the project. You heard it here first!
- Individuals making an entry must use the template above.
- Individuals can make up to three (3) entries, however as the project grows this is subject to change.
- Individuals cannot make entries supporting themselves.
- Individuals can only make entries for emoticonists who they have received permission from to do so.
- Individuals can only make entries for emoticonists who have made at least five (5) original (non-derivative, revamps are acceptable. Ask for clarification if you are unsure) emotes in the last six (6) months.
- If an individual wants to create a stamp for a more "experienced" emoticonist (again, ask if unsure) then they are required to have made at least two original emotes in the last six months.
- An individual will sign up for each qualifying emoticonist, after asking their permission, and more than one entry cannot be completed for each emoticonist. Individuals will sign up by noting the hosting deviant (Phlum) and providing a link to a comment where permission has been given.
- If you have claimed an emoticonist to put in a stamp, you will be allowed two (2) updates to pass before you complete it. If, by the third update, your stamp is not finished, you will be removed from the list and will have to note me again, providing a link to a comment where permission has been given.
- The border must stay constant in entries (i.e. colour, position, shape, etc.), and all elements must remain in their current position. You may; change the colour of the "I support", use a different font for the emoticonist's username, add props, textures or anything else your heart desires.
- The background colour of the stamp is not to be altered from that of the template. This is due to colour constraints in GIF files.
- The name of the emoticonist must fit into the box on the stamp template. If it cannot, either use a smaller font or try a contraction of their name (for example, 'Krissi001' could become 'krissi'). If the name still strays outside the box, note Phlum.
- The emoticon and any props in your stamp entry must not have an outline, however any text is allowed an outline.
- Once your entry has been completed, upload to dA in the correct gallery (deviantART Related -> deviant Stamps or Customisation -> Emoticons -> Projects -> Entries) and note/comment a link to Phlum.
