This is a cover I designed for someone on a forum I frequent for the incredibly strange film TerrorVision. I used the VHS cover for the front and just improvised on the back.

Hates this movie, but has a DVD copy of it anyway. Because I'm a geek, it's rare, and I hate myself. =)
