I like the spiky details along the edge.

Thanks Sue - I liked this one too - It's the JT Eyes formula again...

I haven't tried that with CAbs2. I must try.
Yesterday I used the Sally HUnter 1 with CAbs2. It made me sort of spiky things often with star flower shapes.:)

Have you discovered the little hand tool in FE? It's something you'd really like - when you click the fractal editing window open you will see, on the bottom right, next to the little preview window, a hand. Click that and another little window will open, not unlike a small version of Apo's editor. You will, for most formulae, see a couple of little squares, which represent the graphical coordinates of any of the real/imag/julia numbers that you can change. If you move the squares around with your cursor you will see the fractal change in the preview window (and the numbers change in their boxes) - much easier than changing the numbers themselves...

Yes yes, Mario mentioned it some weeks ago and I use it all the time. Thanks for thinking to mention it. :)
I'm trying other formulas but I still put CAbs2 with them as it seems to work well. Zoo says you can find trees in many other formulas underneath Talis.
FE certainly merits it's name.
The only wish I would have would be for a bigger preview window. It's hard on the eyes. Still you can see what you've found so much quicker than with Apo.
