You read the title right. I have returned to Linux Mint OS as of last night
I had a good ride with Windows 11, and Windows as a whole, having been a Windows user since the MS-DOS days. But with where Windows is now headed, and AI growing all the more rampant even within the OS itself, I just couldn't trust it anymore ( Though I will still use Edge as my backup browser, but with AI stuff turned OFF. Same for FireFox). And the more I browsed YouTube and Reddit, the more I saw people turning to Linux as their daily driver, while I too was starting to miss it. Lo and behold, here we are. This time for good. Thankfully, this means I won't have to do as many reposts as before, since many of my previous uploads are already based around Linux Mint. I'm still tinkering with the newest install, so no desktop posts and stuff just yet, but I promise more is on the way
Perfect way to kick off 2026 and Spring and every day afterwards. Thanks again for being so patient with me while I get back on
