Is the Jungle Book Anime any good overall? It seems like a hidden gem.

Wouldn't call it hidden either, Nippon and Mondo are constantly re-releasing it on touched up DVDs which companies usually wouldn't bother with if there weren't an audience.
And Mondo keeps reposting episodes on their official YouTube channel.
In fact I immediate checked as I finished writing that, and the first result is Episode 13 HD -posted 9 hours ago.

It does seem to be one of the few Mondo World titles with real quality to them unlike others. Titanic anybody? XD
