Undertale O.C RQ

This is a long over due request for GlitchTheory  >n< Sorry for the wait I didn't have the right skin tone for him and didn't want to use color pencil seeing as I manly use them for effects.  

I guess I'll get back to requests seeing as I can't do anymore cleaning till this weekend :/
