Il n'y a pas a se sentir ridicule avec ce petit rooky de 200 2.8 !!! Je l'ai depuis quelques années déjà ce petit bijou, et jamais j'arriverai à m'en séparer, même si le 1.8 est arrivé entre temps. Il est piqué, léger, rapide, peu encombrant... un must have des focales fixes, qui se transforme facilement en 300 f4 avec multiplicateur.

Bonnes photos avec ce 200 2.8 !!! :) Le roi des télé discret

I really like how the bird is the only thing in direct focus. I love the gradients provided from the blurred leaves. A very lovely autumnish image! :love:

Ha ha ha :D All that blurr was made because of the 1.8 aperture :) The focus was pretty hard to make as the DOF was only 2cm large :D

I assume the leaves were there, because it'd escape if you came closer and it saw you. Good thing then you blurred the leaves out to focus on it. The colour of the leaves, however, compliment the colour of the bird really nicely.

In fact, he was not too shy and I did that placement on purpose :) I found that having the bird pretty far with all those leaves made a really nice picture :) And the rendering of that lens did the job for me :D

What???? Un 200mm f1,8? Est-ce que c'est pour se la péter que Canon met 1,8 au lieu de 2 ou c'est vraiment 1,8???

Je dis ça parce que j'ai lu que le 85mm f1,2 a la même grandeur d'ouverture que le 85mm f1,4 de chez Nikon ^^

Sinon j'adore la photo :)

Bah j'ai pu tester en long en large, et c'est bien un 1.8 de part le 1/3 d'ouverture en plus ! La différence est cependant minime niveau bokeh:)

Pour le 85 1.2, j'avoue ne pas avoir comparé avec le nikon. Par contre, il y a une réelle différence avec le 85 1.4 de samyang, et face au 1.8 canon, c'est un monde d'écart (j'ai les 3 ce qui m'a bien permis de trouver les avantages et inconvénients des uns des autres :) )

M'en parle pas :) Je pense avoir trouvé l'ensemble parfait :
400 2.8
200 1.8
150 2.8 macro
85 1.2
24-105

Un petit capteur et un gros capteur et c'est juste l'ensemble ultime. 10 ans d'économie au service d'une passion vraiment dévorante. Mais bon, maintenant, fini de manger du riz et des pates midi et soir :D

Pas mal en effet! C'est sûr qu'une fois qu'on a ça, on est tranquille pour quelques années x)

Moi j'ai d'abord investit dans du matériel qui va me rapporter plus rapidement des sous que dans des téléobjectifs, j'ai un 24-70 f2,8, un 70-200 f2,8, un 50mm f1,8 et un 105mm f2,8 macro. Dernièrement j'ai remplacé mon Sigma mon 120-400 par le dernier Nikon 200-500 f5,6 histoire de pas perdre la main dans l'animalier :p

Mais bon au prix du téléobjectif, je vais investir dans quelques accessoires pour du studio avant de me lancer dans une telle économie! Le 400 2,8 me fait baver!

C'est clairement l'idee :) Je me sens plus du tout l'imite par mon materiel, c'est meme plutot l'inverse (je le sous expoite)

C'est clair qu'une optique plus conventionnelle permet d'etre amortie plus rapidement :) Apres tu as du tres bon chez sigma (comme le 120-400) qui permet d'investir dans du materiel performant a moindre frais. Personnellement, j'ai toujours un vieux 100-400 dans mon armoire qui peut rendre des images excellentes a moindres frais.

Le 400 2.8 c'est le grall clairement, ou le 500 4 pour l'aspect plus portatif. Il m'a demande de longs mois d'utilisation pour savoir l'utiliser a sa pleine mesure.

Ouaip, en tout cas je suis pleinement satisfait de mon dernier joujou le 200-500. Après c'est sûr que le matériel ne fait pas la belle photo, il ne fait que la sublimer ;)
