In exchange for her protection Samus provides some protective equipment to our princess in the form of a gas mask. I guess that can come in handy since the planets she visits often have various toxic plants and extreme environments, fortunately Samus doesn’t need to worry about those too much due to her power suit’s protection. I am personally not a big fan of gas masks since they tend to cover the view of facial expressions, I prefer to keep those visible since they add a lot of emotion to various scenes. For that reason I tend not feature diving masks that totally obstruct view from the facial expressions. Oh well, at least here it makes sense in the context. Plus it allows Zelda to participate in the action instead of being stuck on the ship while having Samus do everything by herself ^^.

The colouring process was the usual stuff for this duo in this comic, the gas mask didn’t really require much extra hassle so it got that going for it at least. Again thanks to both Lusaphira and ToniBabelony for their respective parts ^^.
