Colony Mining facility

These facilities dot the Northern Wastes in the dozens. There were constructed as giant industrial tick to feed off of the mineral and metallic wealth of the planet. But when these efforts proved unsuitable and unprofitable, the platforms were abandoned. Now the natives have adapted them for themselves and now these mining platforms are now islands of civilization in the wastes.
