Twins

Ik it's a bit rushed, but tada~

Felt the sudden urge to develop this lil storyline
This is kinda a visual summary of Civil Dawn and Nautical Dawn's relationship. I changed his design up a bit, I wanted to keep him mildly plain looking in contrast to his sister, but I still wanted to change it up a lil~

I explain some of this in their individual bios, so here's a couple quotes for context:

"Civil Dawn is the peppy, proud future king of Equestria. As far as the public can see he’s a charismatic, kind, involved figure. But that’s just the outside. Just like he hid how he got his cutie mark, he hides his extreme vanity, selfishness, and disdain for others. Using his 'pure' persona, and his status as an alicorn prince he often manipulates his friends/followers into crazy, reckless situations. His narcissistic tendencies are heavily conflicted by numerous insecurities, he lashes out and demeans others to prove his own power."

"Since they were younger Nautical admired her twin’s magic, but as she grew up that quickly turned to jealousy. Civil plays this very well, being manipulative himself, he uses her longing for power and recognition to his advantage. Their relationship, to the outside world, seems close and bubbly due to Civil’s façade. But on the inside, their whole family knows that they have a tense, frenemy dynamic. Civil worried about his secrets being discovered, Nautical paranoid that she’s being used, but doesn’t know how."

I've changed Nautical's personality a bit (she's not power hungry anymore like she had been in her introduction) but Civil is pretty much the same unfeeling a-hole.

Here the twins go from Civil (seemingly) harmlessly enjoying the spotlight and Nautical being left in his shadow, sorta a sequel/elaboration on this old post. Then we have when the twins are older, when Civil's faults (magic wise) and true personality become more obvious, but he is still in enough control to keep himself on his pedestal. And finally we have the moment Civil truly lost his battle, him being in the shade while his sister finally gets what she's worked so hard for: confidence.

Hope this all makes sense! This was all kinda unplanned, but here we go! Hope it looks alright!
