The Lightning-Struck Tower I

I've drawn at about a dozen sketches from Malfoy various expression in this scene and I really want to use them, but I've had already way too long for the first one

This chapter is likely my favourite of the whole series so far. (I feel that I'm going to like some scenes in DH better ) I just love this scene with the old man and the boy who go on a very long journey together, on a emotional journey, because physically they stand still on a tower.

Malfoy goes through a storm of emotions -- from fear to daring, from childish rebellious to very mature, from accusing others to -- in the very end -- self-reflection.

But while Malfoy stands in the beginning of his life (I hope!!!), Dumbledore has to learn his last lesson in life. And while Malfoy is somehow stubborn and struggles against the realisation, Dumbledore's journey is more quiet. For example you can see his emotions, when he closes his eyes.
