Stellar Flare (Model Download)

Was commissioned by a couple people to make her. Had a friend help me troubleshoot the model along with making the pic. She isn't set up for gmod use, sorry. Someone can fix that if they'd want to though. Just link the file here if you make it work and I'll update my description for it.
