Still Life 3
This is looking a lot better in the photo.

Aside from how bad the grapes and the drapery looks like, there’s nothing more I can say.

Still life activity for Technics.
Still Life 2

So for Technics, we’re still on still life drawing.

Last meeting’s task was to draw the two objects placed in front in whatever angle and however you like using pencils only. I just drew them based on my point of view of where I’m sat. Nothing much to say, really, aside from pointing out the fact that I placed my illustration too far to the left.

We’re onto lights now for Visual Perception.

We had these dodecahedrons placed outside where they can be hit with sunlight. Then, we tried to capture the shadows and light by only using pen/ink. I tried using crosshatching, but meh.

But I’m feeling a bit more comfortable with pens now. So I guess that’s a plus.

Still Life

I don’t even know what to say about this. Reluctant af to post it here. But an update is an update.

This was the second plate I made and submitted for Technics. Subject: Still Life.

I guess we’ll be shading our way to the end of this semester for this course.

SPHERE, Chiaroscuro

This was our first task and plate on Technics.

It was really hard to take a photo or scan my work so please pardon the photo shown above. It just fookin’ glosses whatever I do. Anyway, this is the just same old sphere drawing activity trying to understand how light and shadow works on plane figures.

And I know my work looks really bad. Btw, it really is bad.
