jibanyan as a pokemon

"jibanyan would be a ghost/fire type. they are the spirit of long-lost pets wandering the afterlife to find their owner. memories of their past owner(s) are kept in their collar. they can stand on two legs as well!"

i found jibanyan pretty easy to transition into a pokemon design, with a lot of cat pokemon to use as reference. decided to go more with a purrloin-esque design than meowth, though a meowth kind of body type could work as well.
i think the belt doesn't really fit in with pokemon designs but it felt a bit bare without it
