Can I use them ON site?
For sure :) You must link back to the stock/my page and send me the line

May I use them for commercial uses or DA prints?
Yep! Make sure you credit me and give me a link!

*NEW* Am I allowed to just add a filter or text?
No you may not. Unless you are also adding text boxes to use as a layout on a site such as howrse.com and you still must follow the rest of the rules

Hi, I've used one of your stock photos in a manipulation (I haven't posted it yet) and I wanted to use it as an avatar for someone, on Howrse. I know you've said credit must be on the image, but since avatars are kind of small and either the text won't show up or it'l cover the whole thing, is it okay if I credit you in a description (I was planning on using it for a graphics contest)?

only if they aren't my tack removals. But any photos that I took myself are ok. eg NOT this one peachesrox-stock.deviantart.co… because I had already removed the tack off of another person's stock. But this one is ok since its my own photo peachesrox-stock.deviantart.co…

my question is similar to Maigre rai's question. I would like to post finished work on my facebook page and would add the credits underneath in the comments. I don't put my name on it when I post on my facebook. And depending on how many stock photos you use, you could end up with 10 or more names on the finished work. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with credits. I always do those.

Just wondering - if I use one of your stock images on my site, would that be ok if I posted link to your account on Credits page? Image I am going to make is going to be combined of 20 or so images and that would be a bit hard to put all credits on the image. Thanks in advance for answering. :)

ok sure. Make sure you have credit somewhere on the image (I dont care if its small and faded as long as it is readable)

yes, I have paypal, but unless you sell it for more then $30 (or sell multiple copies that add up to $30 or more) you dont have to give me anything :) If you do make over $30, please send me a note on my art account (*peachesrox) and we will work something out :) (I wont rip you off hun, dont worry <3 if you'd rather give me points or something thats fine too)

Yes, thats fine :) Just make sure you still upload it onto DA and follow the other rules :) (you don't need to put credit on the image though, if your submitting it as a background)

:new: COMMERCIAL USAGE: We're currently getting many requests concerning commercial usage of our artworks, for example for commissions or prints. Thank you for being so honest and asking for permission to use our stuff. Many people got an individual permission to use our stock for commercial artwork and were asked to donate a few points to our stock account in return. This worked out so well! We decided to open our stock for limited commercial usage now, you don't need to ask us via private message but we ask you to donate a small percentage of what you earned with artwork made from our stock - new rules see below.
So, if you plan to use our stock for commercial artworks: Feel free to use. Credit us in the comments/below the picture and please point out that you've paid for the commercial usage (e.g. Stock Used: [link] by LuDa-Stock, permission for commercial license through point donation). A lot of you kept asking me to elaborate on my terms of usage. What exactly is allowed and what is not allowed? Find out in the following paragraphs:


What are the restrictions to using your resources?
You can use my resources for pretty much anything as long as you use them creatively. Meaning you must not re-upload or sell my textures and you must not claim them as your own work.If you use them, incorporate them into your own artwork in any way, shape or form. As long as your result will look different from my original resource, you're safe to go. There is a grey zone however, that is making stock from my stock, being explained next.

Can I create stock from your resources?
Generally yes, I allow making stock from my stock. BUT there is a fine line between creatively using my stock to create something completely new and alternating my
