Irukandji evolution

Another in the evolution of my OC Irukandji. In my mind her hair is translucent (much like the stingers of a jelly fish) streaked with Bioluminescence to go with the Bioluminescence "tattoos" on her body.  The more i work with this character the more i like her.  Her bio is as follows:

History: Katie was a fun and outgoing your girl, like any other popular teenager she had lots of friends, a few boyfriends and was akin to parties and sneaking out. One night Katie and a group of friends snuck out to the beach, for laughs, a few booze and a good old time. But the night turned tragic when a huge school of Jellyfish, Irukandji (Carukua barnesi Pronounced ( Ir-ah-cond-Gee) ) a small and highly venomous Jellyfish, moved in on the tide and engulfed the dock. Impossible to see in the moon night, the Jellyfish floated in the water as young Katie ran down the docks, stripping down for a skinny dip as she shouted to her friends, then she prepared to jump in to the painful fate that awaited her. It went dark right there for her, she remembers nothing, but her friends recall the screams of pain as ever inch of her body was stung by the Irukandji, her body pumped full of the deadly venom. But she did not die that night, as she very well should have, she lay in a coma for months, the venom of the jellyfish soaking into to very pour, every tissue before she awoke. But she woke to fate even worse then death to the popular girl, as her body was completely soaked with the deadly venom that nearly killed her, unable to touch another person with out killing them.

Powers: Katie’s flesh is now as poisonous as the Jellyfish that attacked her; even her hair is now a dangerous weapon. Touching any part of her flesh can be lethal. The effects of contact with her include; extreme pain, muscle cramping of the arms and legs, burning pain, crippling back pain, headaches, nausea, restlessness, sweating, vomiting, high heart rate and blood pressure, the duration of this symptoms can last up to a week. And in extreme cases the venom can case Heart attack, stroke, pulmonary adema and death. Katie also appears to be able to hold her breath for long periods of time, up to 35 minutes and at depths that have yet to be determined. Her vision underwater and in seemingly total darkness is eagle sharp. Katie’s body is capable of various displays of bioluminescence, though Katie has no control of these displays. The light displays react to Katie’s mood, most notably anger, fear and sexual attraction.
