Powers: Ethereal is the eternal embodiment of fire, heat and flame. It controls all things fire and flame; masterful manipulation and creation of fire. Able to create fires of various temperatures or intensity, able to control the direction, consumption and attitude of all fire and heat.

History: For as long as the world has turned there has been one force, one driving changing influence, a power that has shaped and reshaped the world long before man walked up right and long since. And as mankind grew and developed many have worshiped it, named it, followed it and paid tribute to it. The Celts called it the god Belenus, to the Egyptians Horus, Vulcan to the Romans and Pele to Hawaiian peoples. Every few generations it wakes to feed, to burn. In the past it awoke driven to purify, to set the fires of righteousness, to burn ever-upwards unpolluted until its passions were satisfied but now it seems corrupted by hate, vengeance and a gluttonous apatite for destruction. A Pure force of nature normally formless and wild now bound to this mortal coil by an unknown source. Its form shifts from form to form, contently erupting in fire, consuming itself in endless fire.
