Daily Deviation

Given 2009-10-23
To select merely one piece from ~pchelag's overwhelmingly magnificent gallery was certainly a daunting enterprise. The decision fell on ? : ? , for its incredible depiction of abstractness strewn boldly across a formidable yet irresistible landscape, while utilising a monotone palette to enhance all the aspects that make this piece as impressive as it is enchanting. Solemn piece. Love the colors reflect the feel of the piece. Interesting architectural elements that are more symbolic than real. Has a dreamlike quality. Tortured pain perhaps?

WOW! That kinda reminds me of the Zanarkand Ruins from FFX/-2. Dark, mysterious ruins that carry a mystical and spiritual vibe to them...
I love the use of bles and greys to give it a dark, mysterious feel...
