SCIENCE BUILDS THE FUTURE 2014

An update of one of my more popular images here at Deviant Art. I've been overwhelmed with the love that the original poster garnered, and I wanted to expand on the theme of women in science, as a lot of fans were drawn to that originally. Still wanted to get the faux propaganda poster vibe across with the design.
This poster, including the design elements and artwork is © Paul Sizer, and may not be used without permission. Please respect this. Feel free to share links to the image, but please give proper credit as you are able. Thank you!

Paul, this rocks. Not only do I love your design aesthetic, but this one is a great STEM theme that can go anywhere and be cool. You have a lot of uplifting themes - a nice alternative to all of the ironic dross out there.

Thank you so much. I work to kill off as much dross as possible. : )

Hehe great poster!
People underestimate the impact of most research especially in the more fundamental fields.
I'm lucky that I work in the bio-medical field. Most people can see the use of that.
The boyfriend is a Physicist and has to work really hard for his funding.
And that's despite the fact that his field is responsible for those increasingly faster computers.

Great, glad to hear. I have many friends in the science and research fields, and they do much work for little recognition.

heh it's difficult to argue that there is no need for (bio)-medical research when everybody knows at least one person that died of cancer.
I think the Bio-med field has it easiest in that sense.
The math people probably have it the worst. Never mind that their formulas are used in every other research field and never mind that Math is the father of informatics. Most of the world see them as geeks with calculators and really can't be bothered to give them funding.
The poor guys and gals almost deserve a poster of their own

You are very welcome. I know that girls are still not as encouraged to enter scientific fields in most schools, which is so outdated. Everyone with an inquisitive mind and a love of discovery should be in fields of science, regardless of gender. If this helps spread the message, I'm glad!

Just Shared it on my FaceBook page.
