I already talked about Hikari's bio but haven't discussed  about Nami Suijin ( Touhou OC)

Powers : Water manipulation ( Hydrokinesis ) , ice manipulation ( via water) , summoning the elemental water dragon , summoning the fusion dragon ( with the help of Hikari) , summoning rainstorms and tsunamis , weapon creation via water

Species : Goddess

Location : Heaven , areas surrounded with water

Occupation : Goddess of water , blacksmith

Likes : playfully splashing water at Hikari , going to the beach , going to the sea , swimming , making weapons , sleeping ( when it's her day off)

Dislikes : floods , liquorice , Nitori's greed , creeps

personality : Kind , patient , easy going , benevolent 

Title : The Goddess of water , the water that can put out the fires of Hell , That Goddess that took the form of rain

Backstory : She was born in Heaven and was taught how to control her emotions by going with the flow and become calm in situations
