I'm glad I've found this page! I've seen this image everywhere on the internet but trying to find who made it has been nearly impossible. I work at a university in the UK and one of our academics really loved this image and wanted to include it with a write-up we're doing of his paper. yeah a lot of different site have re-uploaded the image without giving credit so I can definitely see why it would be difficult to find the original source.
But thanks for wanting to use my image and actually contacting me about it, I would happily let you use it.

EDIT: I have just realised that this was not labelled as stock, but I got the link from a tutorial on youtube. The cube was linked here, and labelled as "image credit", so I thought this was stock.
