Yarn Stash Organiser

I made this in order to keep a record of all the various types of yarn I have
Print it out a couple times, tape a small bit of your yarn to the left hand side and fill out the details on the right. Then pop everything in a folder, and you'll never have to worry about losing the band on the yarn and never being able to find the same type of yarn in the store, like I used to do @___@
In the notes section you can write where you bought it and whatever you think about the yarn...like 'OMG THIS YARN IS TOTALLY AWESOME TO WORK WITH!' ^___^
I welcome any and all feedback on this, like if you think i've missed any details and whatnot ^^
