If you want to participate in "Fan Art World" to expose your Fan Arts must read the following rules.
How can you participate?

:bademoticon: Each volume of "Fan Art World" will be complemented with some Arts Fan chosen by me. This add-on will have a specific topic (as in the case of Vol-1) but the Fan Arts section suggested by you will be of nature mixed and free.
What are the Rules?
:bademoticon: Send a note to my account including the best Fan Arts in your gallery. All that work that you consider very good and deserves to promote you can share with me without any problems.
:bademoticon: Send a note to my account including Fan Arts of the gallery of a friend. Three Fan Arts
:bademoticon: Only be allowed 3 Fan Arts per person (this may change). If you want to send 1 or 2 can do it without problems. But the maximum is 3
:bademoticon: Fan Arts in Digital and Traditional style are allowed.
:bademoticon: Finished drawings and full color
:bademoticon: I will Check all the entries received to decide what will be best to advertise in the Journal
:bademoticon: They can send notes every day of the week until Tuesday. That day in the evening all applications will be closed and Journal of "Fan Art World" will be posted on Wednesday (The publication of Vol-1 is the exception). Another round begins Thursday for sending notes and so on.
:bademoticon: If you have already participated in an earlier round of "Fan Art World", no problem in that you participate in another provided they want to promote new art

A: It is permissible to suggest any type of Fan Art ^^. The theme of the Fan Art is completely free: It can be any character in any animated series, TV & Movies. You can even suggest Fan Arts of video game if you prefer. The most important thing is to have your art be known on dA ^^.
:bademoticon: Why promote Fan Art?
R: I've noticed that many people on dA love Fan Art and all this Gallery is full of Fan Art (I included myself in that group of people). So I thought it would be good idea to give promotion to the Fan Art. Is also the new theme of my old section "Weekly Promotion" because I thought it would be more dynamic and more fun for everyone to suggest character art they like. And best of all, it may suggest drawing in any style, traditional (hand-colored) and digital.
:bademoticon: I can suggest a picture of a character that is not in the category Fan Art?
A: Sorry. Drawings are only allowed within the category Fan Art. But do not worry, it's very easy to change the category of your drawing. Enter to your drawing and click the "Edit" button. On the next page (Submit) you can choose the new category of your drawing ("Fan Art"). Finally press the "Update" button to save the changes.

:bademoticon: Cada volumen de "Fan Art World" será complementado con algunos Fan Arts elegidos por mi persona. Este complemento tendra un tema en especifico (como en el caso del Vol-1) pero la sección de Fan Arts sugeridos por ustedes será de carácter mixto y libre.
¿Cuales son las Reglas?
:bademoticon: Envía una nota a mi cuenta incluyendo los mejores Fan Arts de tu galería. Toda aquella obra que consideres muy buena y que merece promocionarse puedes compartirla conmigo sin ningún problema.
:bademoticon: Envía una nota a mi cuenta incluyendo los Fan Arts que más te gusten de la galería de un amigo.
:bademoticon: Solo se permitirán 3 Fan Arts por persona (esto puede cambiar). Si quieres enviar menos de 3 puedes hacerlo sin problemas. Pero el máximo es de 3
:bademoticon: Fan Arts en estilo Tradicional y Digital estan permitidos.
:bademoticon: Solo dibujos terminados y a todo color
:bademoticon: Revisare todas las obras recibidas para decidir cuales serán las mejores para promocionar en el Journal.
:bademoticon: Podrán enviar notas todos los días de la semana hasta el Martes. Ese día en la noche se cerrarán las solicitudes y el Journal de Promoción Semanal se publicará el día Miercoles (La publicacion del Vol-1 es la excepción). A partir de los Jueves comienza otra ronda para enviar notas y así sucesivamente.
:bademoticon: Si ya has participado en una anterior ronda de "Fan Art World", no hay problema en que participes en otra siempre y cuando quieras promocionar nuevos trabajos.

R: Esta permitido sugerir cualquier tipo de Fan Art ^^. El tema del Fan Art es completamente libre: Puede ser de cualquier personaje de cualquier serie animada, de TV y Peliculas. Incluso puedes sugerir Fan Arts de videojuegos si así lo prefieres. Lo más importante es lograr que tu arte sea conocido en dA ^^.

R: He notado que a muchas personas en dA les encanta el Fan Art y toda su galería esta llena de Fan Art (Me incluyó a mi misma dentro de ese grupo de personas). Por eso pensé que sería buena idea darle promoción al Fan Art. También es el nuevo tema de mi antigua sección "Promoción Semanal", ya que creí que sería más dinamico y más divertido para todos el sugerir arte de los personajes que más les gusta. Y lo mejor de todo es que pueden sugerir dibujos en cualquier estilo, tradicional (coloreado a mano) y digital.
:bademoticon: ¿Puedo sugerir un dibujo de un personaje que no este dentro de la categoría Fan Art?
R: Lo siento. Solo estan permitidos los dibujos dentro de la categoría Fan Art. Pero no te preocupes, es muy fácil cambiar la categoría de tu dibujo. Entra a tu dibujo y presiona el botón "Edit". En la siguiente página (Submit) te situas en la lista de categorías y eliges la categoría "Fan Art". Por último presionas el botón "Update" para guardar los cambios.
