Have you ever wondered what Doctor Gero (from Dragon Ball Z, manga, and anime) would look like when he was a young man?
Well, I do ^^. I present my own version of a young Dr. Gero in his 30s, which is based on a screenshot of an exclusive scene from the anime where he appears as a human in his laboratory. For this, I just had to remove the wrinkles and mustache from him, add hair to the bald area of his head, and change the color of it. I decided to use this shade of red to make a nice contrast to his tanned skin; and because his son (Android 16's human counterpart) was also red-haired.
In case you don't know, Dr. Gero and Android 21 (From Dragon Ball FighterZ) as a human had a son, who was a high-ranking soldier in the Red Ribbon Army (His codename was Gold). One day, doing his job like any other, the soldier received a bullet from the enemy that caused his death. Akira Toriyama, creator of Dragon Ball, revealed this information through interviews, video games, and other publications, and you can corroborate it on Dragon Ball Wiki:

Several years later, Gero built the Android 16 based on the appearance of his deceased son because he loved him and suffered greatly with his death. That is why he gave the android a gentle personality, so that it would not be destroyed in battle. Unfortunately, the Bio-Android Cell, Gero's major creation, destroyed the good android who had fought him to protect the world he loved. I can only imagine Doctor Gero looking in horror at that scene from the hell without being able to do anything, holding a deep grudge towards Cell, despite the fact that he achieved his goal of killing Son Goku.
What do you think? He looks very handsome, right?
. I know he doesn't look much like the older man we know because he doesn't have his trademark mustache, but that's how I imagined him and I'm satisfied with the result
