Thank you for the great works, Comrade Robert!

And - thank you, October 1917! Without Lenin, we would've had a whole planet, ruled by money - without any alternatives. A world, where something as simple as an advert-free childhood would've been unheard of...

For most of you reading this, that's something unheard of anyway. And - that's how it will be for your children. And your children's children. No one will ever let them off the consumerist hook. No one will ever let them see the world (and themselves) from another perspective.. Too bad, because we really need to take a fresh look at ourselves - before capitalism destroys the environment for good..

As for me, I grew up in the USSR - and I'm proud of it. I've seen a different world. In many ways, a better one. A world, that will become reality again. Simply because we are all communists, by nature!

Don't feel blue. That was a time to celebrate. Freedom returned to Eastern Europe.

To quote a Russian after the break up the Soviet Union. "What freedom? the freedom to pornographic magazines!"

That's a red herring fallacy and an invalid argument. Of course there needs to be some limitations but not when every single move of the people is monitored by the government like you suggested. Then they can arrest and kill you just because they are suspicious of you. That's communism.

Not really. The man was mocking the so called freedoms of the post socialist era. It is nether a fallacy or invalid. It was the really they live in to this day.

"they can arrest and kill you just because they are suspicious of you" You mean like what happens in America almost weekly when Black person  tries to go about their daily life.

Now you are using a red herring fallacy as I don't mind if they go about their daily life. Yes what you used was a fallacy as you blatantly attacked me. I support a limited government for the representation of the middle class and for the right for one to better themselves, not for a system of selfishness that creates senses of entitlement which destroy freedom and create a thrall ring around the necks of hard workers.

Just about every argument he has is some form of whataboutist or red herring from what I've seen.
