Nice composition and atmosphere! Green light transmits a special message about the need to go on during our life.

very moody - were you waiting at the lights for long?!  I've heard driving can be pretty adventurous where you are !

yes, it can be, but of all chaotic things in here, driving is the one thing i prefer! it can be much fun to drive with no rules at all. i admit, much frustrating sometimes too (and dangerous)

oh that day, i was not driving at all, even if it did happen that i took images while driving. but i'm not THAT crazy. not anymore at least (getting old ;))

:D...if no-one observes the rules then it can be OK, or so I've heard from friends who live in countries with hair-raising traffic.  You sort of know what to expect ;) Like in London, I don't wait for the traffic to stop before crossing the road, I just start out and dodge it - because the traffic never stops.  It's slow moving though ..!

I'm relieved to hear you don't take images while you're actually driving!!  Although, I have to admit, I'd have been secretly impressed!

exactly, as long as you're ready and expecting anything from anywhere, there is no real danger. but somone coming from outside to drive here would crash his car in less than a day :D

oh, be impressed, i did take images many times, before.  let's see... this one for example  life  but i stopped after my son gave me THE speech, about how i don't have respect for human life (i said i was almost at 20 kilometers/hour in the trafic, and i don't risk killing someone at this speed) then he said i have no respect for others properties (cars)  and i didn't know what to answer that so i felt half ashamed half amused, and eventually stopped. he's right, it's not worth the risk. :)

It's a sobering moment when your children lecture you about irresponsibility - and you know they're right :)  It's happened to me too.  I was rather surprised at their lack of confidence in my ability to handle the unexpected, but I think it's more that they're worried about me, which is sweet.  My boys can be real "old women"/fusspots - most recently it was www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5Hdq2…

I don't think it looks dangerous - I really want one!  I saw a Chinese guy on one the other day.  Looks easy :)  But you should hear the squawks!

Your image "Life" is lovely - I can see the movement in it now.

oh, i want one toooo! looks fun, and practical (but maybe too dangerous here, not to mention the stares i would have :))
oh yes, for our kids we are some kind of fragile creature that they have to protect. maybe it's specially boys with their mother but i wouldn't know to compare because i only have boys. like you said, sweet!!

Ah, I only have boys too.  It's hard to even imagine what a daughter would have been like now, I'm so attuned to boys and boys' things :)  You're right - boys do protect their mothers - even when they are quite little.  The unicycle is a head-turner everywhere - I've only seen one in real life, and I turned the car round to go and stop the young Chinese student who was riding it to ask him what is was - but I have to admit, I would not want to be stared at or questioned myself !
