Serbian/Croatian (Latin and Cyrillic) and Arab. :-)
It reads:
Friar Satan Miroslav Filipović
Hierotorturer*Milorad Vukojičić
Muhammad

*This is a play of words in Serbian. In Serbian, 'свештеномученик' (hieromartyr) is a priest who has suffered for his faith; this is a made up word, 'свештеномучитељ' (essentially, hierotormentor), a priest who tortured people. :-)

So, what is the image supposed to mean? :?

((I know it's a verse-to-verse representation, but I wanted more clarity. :P))

It represents people who are first and foremost supposed to be holy (priests and prophets) but who have failed miserably at their vocation - instead of serving God, they have served Satan.
Miroslav Filipović was a Franciscan chaplain at Jasenovac contration camp; he would compete with guards who would slaughter more people, at one point even throwing babies in the air and trying to impale them on a dagger.
Milorad Vukojičić was a priest in Montenegro; at the outbreak of WWII he joined the Četniks. He would go around villages and personally execute mothers and wives of people he suspected to be helping an opposing faction; he was rumored to have used a sledgehammer during executions.
And Muhammad is self-explanatory. :D

I see. How come I've never heard of the other two before?

Well, they're sorta local anti-celebrities. Fr. Milorad is not very famous; however, Fr. Miroslav is; you can read up on the Jasenovac concentration camp for the extra iffy details.

I see, so they weren't well-known in other places?

Well, no real reason for them to be. They weren't in the hot spot of Nazi activities, and there's no movie about them. :)
