Aftermath Final Version

By pany76
Artist's Comments
Finally the day has come for the angels to reclaim the garden of eden since mankind just messed it up. In the war that follows makind fall and angels prevail.

This one is the more updated version of the step 1 picture I posted earlier. This one has more detail to it and a bit more of action in it. Full view is required for enjoying this one. :)

Whats new in this version; the fire, the skull, the positioning of the two angels on the bridge, vines on the houses, glow, smoke, rust and a huge load of curves. :D

:w00t: You're right - much improved, especially in the lighting! Now watch out for "blurriness" and "sharpness" in objects farther away. I like that your Angel of Fear is slightly less focused than your other two angels closer to the front, but then your buildings (and especially the fire) are sharper again than the Angel of Fear. Either sharpen your angel (if you want everything to be equally in focus) or blur out the flames and buildings a bit more than the angel (which will give it more of a photograph/focal length look, if that's what you're after...). Keep it up!! Each one gets better!

I saw that too, started to really work on that in later pieces. Took me a while though to find a good balance. For example in the "Lucifer watching" piece I worked with the blur tool for I don't know how long to get the feeling of perspective. Thank you so much for the tip and taking the time to watch and comment. :)

My pleasure - keep up the great work, and just let me know when my comments start to get too annoying - lol!

Haha, they will never become annoying. Comments good or bad are always welcome. If you have the time and feel like it, check out the rest of the gallery. :D
