Copper vixen

I think this was the first "proper" scratch board I ever did. Proper as in ... I sketched the piece and transferred the sketch to the scratch board. And I used different tools that I felt were more suited for scratching than the tools the scratch board came with. The scratch board pieces I did before were fun and make for some really unique art pieces, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for style wise. With this piece, I finally felt like I was getting the hang of things and going into the direction I wanted.
It's really quite old (7 or 8 years) ... Also, this is copper scratch board. The picture isn't brilliant, but at least it shows some of its shine.
