my sketch... errr, well not quite a sketch, drawing, for August 30th.

This thing took hours, all pen and ink.

my last sketch was a pic of a dragon from one of my mom's favorite books, so i decided to to draw a dragon from one of my favorite books. it's from Ursula K. Leguin's A Wizard of Erathsea series. This dragons name is Yevaud, and he lives on an island, in the runes of a castle.

he is sleeping, not dead. my room mate kept saying he looked dead.





So Silvertoekee and I couldn't figure out what we wanted to get each other for our b-days, so we decided to sketch a dragon a day to celebrate our birthday month. I didn't get started till the 4th, so there are no pics for the 1st through the 3rd. But here are the rest, some of the early ones, are not so good, but the longer I did it the better I got, and the longer I spent on them.
