Description

Ctenochasma. Species: C porocristata C. gracilis. Meaning of name: Comb mouth.

Germany & France, Late Jurassic. Classification: Pterosauria, Pterodactyloidea. Wingspan: 1.2m. Lifestyle: Filter feeder.

I don’t know if pterosaur legs could be swung this far forwards but this illustration does highlight the disadvantages of attaching wings to legs (hardly intelligent design) but then everything in nature is just an improvisation on what has gone before.
