hi! i keep getting this message after installing paintstorm and i dont know whats going on:

i've uninstalled and reinstalled paintstorm a few times but it always does this and i downloaded the latest 64 bit version which i believe is what my computer runs. would you happen to know whats happening and how it could be fixed?
