Here is a Modern Themed RTP for RPG Maker VX.This is a compilation of tilesets from various sources, but i also made some original ones. I was working on these since January and showed it in rpgmakervx.net forums. Do note that this is still far from complete but you should be able to make decent maps using this.

I have a problem, when I make an event my character is paralyzed. Someone tell me how to solve this.

I realise this may be a bit too late, but I can try to help you to the best of my abilities if you still require assistance.

The easiest step to take is to check and see what you have set for your trigger - action button, player touch, event touch, autorun, or parallel process. The effect you're describing typically happens when you have set your event trigger to 'autorun'. To help you further, I need the specific circumstances of your event.

Do you want the player to be able to move while your event is running?
Do you want the player to be frozen during the event, but free to move afterward?
Do you want the player to trigger the event manually?

All of these require different steps to be taken. Nonetheless, here is what I can give you:

When Your Trigger Is Autorun:
If you want the player to be frozen during the event, but move after the event is finished, make sure a self-switch (A, B, C, or D, doesn't matter which as long as you aren't using multiple self-switches in one event) is turned on at the end of your event page, then create a second blank event page and set its conditions to 'Self Switch A is On' with its trigger as 'action button'. The blank page will run automatically and end the event, ensuring that the player can move and the event doesn't repeat itself indefinitely. RPG Maker engines read the highest number event page first, so ensure you have conditioned pages numbered higher than the page you want to run first.

For example, this is a series of event commands I have in one of my games when a player discovers a secret map:

Event Page 1:

   Priority: Below Characters.
   Trigger: Autorun.
   Conditions: None.

   @>Play SE: 'Jingle1', 100, 100
   @>Control Variables: [003:Secret Rooms] +=1
   @>Text: -, -, Dark, Middle
   : : Treasury Discovered!
   : : Secret Rooms Found: \V[3]/10!
   @>Control Self Switch: A =ON
   @>

Event Page 2:

   Priority: Below Characters.
   Trigger: Action Button.

   Conditions: Self-Switch A is ON.

   @>

The first page runs the process of alerting the player they have found a secret room, playing the jingle, changing a variable, and displaying text, and the second ensures the process isn't repeated. Since the second page is blank, nothing happens. This particular event is an autorun process, so the player cannot move while it happens.

When Your Trigger Is Parallel Process:
If you want the player to move during the event, you need this trigger. It allows the player to move while the event is in running. Examples include NPC movement, weather effects (rain, snow, lightning), and certain animations (flickering fires, candles, swaying flowers, trees, chandeliers).

For example, this is a series of event commands I have in one of my games when I change the atmosphere of a specific map:

Event Page 1:

   Priority: Above Characters.
   Trigger: Parallel Process.
   Conditions: None.

   @>Tint Screen: (-102,-102,-102,0), @ 1, Wait
@>Set Weather Effects: Rain, @0, Wait
   @>

This page runs continuously, looping until I create another event that tells it to stop. Since it is a parallel process, it allows the player to move while the rain pours.

If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask! Reply here or shoot me a note.

Can I use this tileset for commercial purposes in rpg maker MV?

If these are taken from other games, are we even allowed to use them commercially???
That seems like it'd be very poor taste...

For those asking where these came from:

From what I can tell, the windows, japanese-style table, bathroom furniture, kitchen furniture, cupboards, computer station, television, blue swivel chair, customizable desk, and cardboard box appear to be from Enterbrain/Tsukuru (though the customizable desk at least as been recolored)

The sideview couches appear to be recolored versions of FSM's (they were originally red). The unused bed (without a pillow) is also FSM's.

I haven't been able to find sources for the brown arm chair, the front- and back-view couches, the brown swivel chair, or any of the other beds as yet, though stylistically at least, several of them appear to be recolors/edits.

The Enterbrain tiles are allowed to be used commercially but ONLY in RMVX or RMVX Ace.

FSM's domain has unfortunately expired, so unfortunately, I only have access to the japanese version of the terms and conditions. See link for more details. web.archive.org/web/2009090817…
