Being a single daughter of an adult-child father, he finds himself holding a lot of responsibilities for a boy his age. Not only does he care for himself but his father as well. Naturally, he is a very hard-working individual who strives for success and maintenance. However, his home life requires a lot of maturity and responsibility from him in comparison to his peers. Instead of hanging out in the mall, he is usually studying and watching over his father. Due to this, he is a secluded and secretive individual who only presents a pragmatic and mature appearance-- Withholding trust and loyalty to others because of his lone-wolf demeanor and means to trust in only himself. With that said, his habit of keeping others at arm's length, only sparingly trusting certain individuals, makes him a very entitled and judgmental young mab. Often seeing the superficial personas of his peers and keeping his judgments to himself.
Despite his naturally cold nature, to those he loves most, he naturally harbors a tender motherly affection. Showing his endearment by taking care of others. That being said, he is very concerned with the well-being of himself and others, making it his responsibility to make sure you're feeding and tending to yourself.

"Don't you worry, papa. I've got it under control."
When you hear the crashing of thunder, do you cower in fear? Shivering in the wake of the giants, roaring in the sky. Or perhaps, it soothes your nerves... You look up to the sky with baited breathe knowing that you are akin to the mighty bolts of electricity in the sky. Each time you heard that clash of lightning, you hear your mothers voice, and you feel at home.
Born to a man of wind and a woman of electricity, Yukio was the single daughter of a east meets east couple. His father from Korea and his mother originating from Japan. Despite having useful quirks, neither of his parents were involved in my hero industry as they mainly focussed on running their own business, tinkering. With the dexterous hands of artists, Yukio's mother and father raised her in their shop where they spent the day building clocks, watches, furniture, and toys. But during the night, the small family of three would huddle in their small apartment upstairs.
Yukio, on the other hand, was a strong-headed school boy who valued leadership and honesty. As a young boy, he fathomed becoming a figure who led the pack-- CEO, President, Politician, Chief. Being a hard-working student, he often held positions as the class president to care for others. Many times, people believed that his quirk was simply his ability to lead with a stern and ambitious fist. However, his noble impression faded after developing his quirk. From a student who was seen as an affectionate strong figure, became destructive after his untamed storms disturbed his classes. Despite being a late bloomer, he found himself wisping away now and again, trying to conceal his quirk. For the longest time, he would lie, announcing he was quirkless despite quirks being a praised skill. But his dreams of being a leader juxtaposed his destructive, unruly quirk-- Storms. It left a wild and destructive impression to which he despised.
Additionally, his mother became unhappy with the business as his father was an addictive man. From gaming, to manga, to collectibles, his father easily fell into endless nights relishing in his hobbies. Yukio, himself, was a boy who hated change and held strong family values despite the divorce between his mother and father. Before this never had Yukio fell lower.

On a stormy night, he found himself distressed self-flashing and thundering along with the storm outside forcing the dark clouds back into his chest before his father opened the door. After a long discussion, the impression of his quirk changed in a single night
"You are not destruction nor fear. You are a leader at heart, noble and earnest. With the greatest intentions, you will guide millions of hearts with a humble soul. You are powerful, you are loud, you are striking and swift, you are the storm"
Despite his parents living separately, he felt a strong connection between his morals and his family. Not only did he possess a power and heart to help others, but he was still the storm from either parent. From this onward, he valued the idea of hard work, pride, independence, and power. A window of opportunity, to heroism, appeared before him. With a newfound ambition, he strayed from feeling ashamed of his quirk to instead utilize it to his advantage and sparring with aspiring heroes.
Onward, he made it his responsibility to care for his wayward father and apply to Kyuuashi High as a training hero.
