I'm sorry for the lack of updates! I'm having long-term serious fatigue from health problems, and that makes it hard for me to find the energy to draw.I will be at Fanime as usual, however! I work with Animal Place, a farmed animal sanctuary, and we took in 4,460 hens from a case where a man starved 50,000 laying hens for over two weeks. The majority of the 50,000 died or were beyond saving, but my co-workers fought to gain access to the survivors. We've been working hard caring for these hens and finding them good homes that they will go to once they have recovered. Please, if you can donate to their care, even just a little bit, it would be great if you could do so, or even just pass the word on.
