I totally understand! I rarely share parameters for the same reason, unless of course I'm participating in a pong event, in which case it's obviously necessary. I do occasionally share what formulas were used, but not the specific parameters to avoid theft of my own work. I'm sorry you were brought into this, the original commenter has gone out of his way to cause trouble for me after I'd introduced him to the software in late December and I believe he is just misinformed, but it is indeed stressful.
