Was that my name? And why was a computer talking to me? Well, typing to me in acid green letters against a black screen. Was someone behind the screen? The green letters typed out ‘Please take inventory of your surroundings.’ below the first line.
The room wasn’t spacious, just a bed and a small food storage room, like a lifespace. The typing started again, saying; ‘Please put on headgear.’. A drawer in wall shot out and there lay a mechanical goggles. I hesitantly put them on. The computer shut off and the eyewear I was wearing activated. Words appeared on the googles. ‘Exit capsule.’
Behind me a door opened, sliding into the walls. The light spilled out unto the another door, a circleopen. I hopped down out of the lifespace and opened the door.
