human time capsule

evidence suggests I spend my energies on friends who end up enemies and more or less the rest of me worn thin from splitting them from me torn limb from lingering memories born blessed unless the less you see seems better than the best of me and I forget how to forget myself so sometimes I'm someone else or else the effort's unaffected (I'm in pieces/you're collected) calmly confessing conflicted questions every breath an unlearned lesson (dispersed in all directions) each truth unearned despite intentions

waiting on 50

let me perform delicate surgery sing songs of chain- saw love along your supple summer spine place the pieces of your struggling jigsaw map which match with mine... is it safe to say that I've talked you to bed for several weeks? would it be wise for me to sew your proper name into my sheets? or play your memory like a melody arranged in bits between heart- beats? well my heart's refrain repeats 'til my mouth stutters what it speaks and though the syllables get jumbled sentiments emerge complete has anyone else ever told you you're the good kind of cannot sleep?

8. Two Tongues, Forked

I ask for your hand, but know that I demand an answer. Hide your teeth and keep your fingers crossed that I'm just some romancer. We are linked now and forever; I suggest you change your plans, for if a healthy earth is flesh and bone then dear, you are the cancer.

Night's despair

Sometimes I watch night skies. I think of it as a habit of necessity at night in the woods. I liken it to watching infomercials at 3 am because nothing else is on, yet sleep is a fickle nuisance that rejected my swollen lids. I think it is something like that; interesting and seemingly infinite, yet in five minutes, it will be the same and another five after that, a singular irregularity of space garbage might appear, and than it will be the same once again.        My eyes always watch for these so called satellites and other sparkly junk they launched into orbit, only to let it decay and rot in constant deterioration around the nig

Mr. Sick - IN PROGRESS part 1

Mr. Sick - Chapter 1 I love to sneeze, and yes, you are reading that correctly my friend. It's one of the only times my whole body knows exactly what it wants. It's comparable to having an orgasm I'd say. Yes.....yes, I can't think of anything else that makes me smile wider then my face would like, other then an orgasm and a sneeze. In some fashion I do believe I look forward to falling ill, and maybe once or twice I've been known to seek it out. Mrs. Hopeful says I should just sniff some pepper, or maybe bring a feather to my nose. I told her that's just like masturbation instead of sex with her, and I wouldn't hear any of it. You have to

atrophy of the mind

I've got two brain cells left; one's standing still      and the other is chasing it. a train tied to its tracks; a plane crash replacing it. a hemisphere cut in half - distance in fractions reviewed. My mind is running down my face and I can't find a cup                   to catch it in. life's something that keeps happening. and, while conscious (of this fact), you think (nothing) of the moments it's happening to you. My ears fell off a while ago, if you are still talking
